STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION
Students in 5th through 8th grade are eligible to run for a position in the Student Government Association (SGA). The group’s purpose is to listen to the student body’s ideas for school improvement and to present viable ideas/plans to the school administration. The SGA is also responsible for school dances, the school store, the recycling program, and the upkeep and maintenance of the school’s butterfly garden.
The SGA board consists of:

President
Publicist
Treasurer
Meetings are held every Friday from 2:45-3:45. SGA will not meet on early release days.
