Music Rules

Make good choices

Use kind words

Show respect, always put your hand up.

Involve yourself, always try your best.

Care for our room and instruments.

Classroom Management Policy

Students are expected to stay in their assigned spot for the majority of class, unless we are doing a movement activity. If a student is in violation of the Music rules, he/she gets one warning. The second warning, the student must take some time to regroup in the “rest area” which is by the risers. If there is a third warning, the student will be sent to the office and will be reflected in his/her music grade.

Happy Notes!

Every class, I will choose two or three students whose behavior and participation stood out and they will receive a happy note! (Every student in every class will receive a happy note before the end of the school year.)
